Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of PaintStreak (“the app”), operated by Fletcher Digital Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses a code sent to your email. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PaintStreak to upload, share, or transmit content that:

• is illegal, or depicts real nudity, sexual content, or the sexual exploitation of anyone;
• depicts real violence, self-harm, or content promoting it;
• harasses, abuses, or threatens another person;
• is off-topic — uploaded photos are for your own miniatures, models and tabletop terrain only.

Painted miniatures depicting fantasy themes (such as sculpted nudity on a figurine or painted blood effects) are permitted hobby content. We use automated moderation to screen uploads and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content within the app so we can provide the service to you (for example, showing your photos in your own progress diary). We don’t claim ownership of your work.

Reporting and blocking

You can report another user or block them from within the app. We review reports and may act on them, including removing content or banning accounts. We aim to respond to serious reports promptly.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including issuing temporary or permanent bans. New accounts created to evade a ban may be refused.

The app is provided “as is”

PaintStreak is provided without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fletcher Digital Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ads and purchases

The mobile apps are free and supported by advertising. Any in-app purchases (such as a future option to remove ads) are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
